Ground Floor

Bedroom one has twin beds with luxury toppers, soft Egyptian cotton sheets which is piled with gorgeous pillows making it feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud. The main bathroom with striking white marble tiles and walk-in rainfall shower.

The master bedroom with sumptuous Superking bed, pocket sprung mattress and soft as air duvet and fur throws is perfect for a peaceful night’s sleep. The Master en-suite has a deep free-standing stone bath tub ideal for a relaxing soak after a day discovering the Lake District. His and her stone washbasins with gold finishes, luxury local toiletries, soft fluffy towels . Wake up early, open the plantation shutter and enjoy the sounds of countryside while relaxing with a morning coffee, pastry and a visit from the ducks and rabbits. This truly is the perfect sanctuary.

The master bedrooms private patio is the perfect location to enjoy a locally distilled rhubarb gin and tonic and enjoy the sunset while watching the local wildlife.

First Floor

Stunning modern floating kitchen with large central island with Tapanyaki bar and indoor BBQ grill perfect for entertaining. The kitchen has all the latest modern siemens appliances oven, microwave, warming drawer, large fridge and full height freezer and dishwasher, this kitchen is any budding chef’s dream.

The lounge with media wall and modern glass fireplace large crushed velvet corner sofa  perfect to curl up relax with a book, have a movie night or go back to basics and play board game. In winter unwind in front of the fire while sipping a glass of wine or in the summer relax on the terrace and watch the resident wildlife of ducks, rabbits and squirrels enjoying the immaculate grounds.

The secret reading room hidden behind the paneled wall, the perfect escape to relax with your favorite book while snuggled on the day bed enveloped in the many soft cushions and fur throws with mood lighting and large screen TV this is also the best place to catch up on your favorite box set.

Leisure

Follow in the footsteps of Wordsworth, take a walk discovering the beautiful fauna and flora the Lake District has to offer, take a relaxing ride on an Ullswater steamer and enjoy a picnic watching the world go by on the side of the lake. Discover the historical locations of Penrith castle or the Cumbria’s stone circles of Castlerigg. The Lake District is a playground for thrill seekers, from gorge walking, abseiling, white water tubing or the calmer kayaking or archery. Enjoy the pool, Jacuzzi or gym after a spending the day exploring the area. The playground, crazy golf, chess or frisbee football will keep the whole family entertained for hours. Dine in the onsite restaurant Eden or in a choice of local gastro pubs or dine alfresco with some locally sourced produce you have picked up from one of the many farm shops in the area.
